About Me

I’m a research scientist and data-driven problem solver with a PhD in Social/Personality Psychology and a focus on health and well-being. With nearly a decade of experience designing and managing studies, analyzing complex datasets, and translating research into actionable insights, I bring both scientific rigor and practical impact to my work.

My background spans academic and applied research settings, where I’ve led projects on behavior, stress, communication, and mental health. I’ve managed cross-functional teams, developed coding systems for naturalistic observational data, contributed to over 15 peer-reviewed publications, and presented findings to both scientific and non-academic audiences. Whether collaborating with international research partners, building data workflows, or mentoring junior researchers, I thrive at the intersection of people, data, and meaningful outcomes.

I’m especially passionate about leveraging behavioral science and mixed methods to inform decision-making, improve user experiences, and support organizational strategy. I’m currently exploring opportunities in research consulting, user experience research, learning and development, behavioral data science, and research operations.
